Black Apple Sauce

A lovely lady gave us this family recipe from her mum. It's sweet, sour, spicy and similar to worcestershire sauce, only thicker. This makes it perfect on eggs, as a marinade or in your kilpatrick oysters if you're feeling fancy.
 
Ingredients: Apple, Brown Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Cooramook Garlic, Cloves, Allspice, Salt and Pepper.
