Beetroot Relish

A perfectly sweet, savoury and earthy relish made with homegrown beetroots, picked at their peak. Great on toast with cheese, in tarts, with quiche... with pretty much anything.
 
Ingredients: Beetroot, Sugar, Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Dry Mustard, Cloves Orange Peel.
