Elderflower Syrup

A vegan alternative to honey. This syrup is light, slightly citrusy, and floral. Some might even say it has a slight caramel flavour. Great as a mixer in cocktails, in teas, on pancakes and crumpets, or in baking.
 
Ingredients: Elderflower, Sugar, Lemon.
