Whole Ground Corn Meal

Many commercial polentas have components removed for convenience BUT our cornmeal is made with 100% of the corn kernel. With nothing added and nothing removed, it's higher in fibre and contains more of the natural occuring minerals- and it's made with spray free corn!
 
Good in gluten free cakes, tarts, quiche and as a crunchy batter for fish or fritters.
 
Ingredients: 100% Heirloom corn kernels.
